Inside EastEnders star Louisa Lytton’s amazing nursery for her newborn daughter Aura

EASTENDER star Louisa Lytton has revealed her incredible nursery for her newborn daughter Aura after introducing her to the world earlier this week.
Actress and 32-year-old fiancee Ben Bhanvra welcomed baby Aura last month, and she has now revealed that designing her daughter’s room was “a dream.”

Sharing snaps of the completed nursery on her Instagram page, the new mom wrote: “Designing and decorating Aura’s nursery was a dream, it’s my all time favorite room. It’s peaceful even when she screams
“The wallpaper is @grahamandbrown this is a mural and we matched it to @lick white 03 for the walls and then decided to paint the woodwork. Obviously the carpet and the walls will be ruined once the pencils are out 🤣 so for now i will enjoy this “
Louisa had previously shared a preview of the original wallpaper they chose, with four large hot air balloon screens towering over the back wall.
The white camp bed is draped with a striped blanket in neutral tones, as well as one with Aura’s name embroidered on it.
The brown lampshade hangs from a white bird, and a comfy white armchair sits in a corner – complete with an eye-catching pillow with a great design for the eyes.
Above the white dresser and changing table are simple shelves, with a selection of stuffed animals and books, including one called Daddy’s Girl.
Bricks in shades of red, pink and mustard yellow spell out Aura’s name, and a mobile adorned with rabbits hangs above the cradle.
There is also a French window mirror next to a small bookcase, which is already full of books for the newborn to enjoy while growing up.
Earlier this week, Louisa opened up about her difficult birth as she appeared on Loose Women with her baby girl.
The TV favorite revealed that after “long labor” she was forced to have an emergency Cesarean, and just as she was recovering from that, she and Ben tested positive for Covid.
Louisa continued, “So it’s not the best start, but she’s doing well throughout, so that’s all we can really ask for.
“Because we had Covid so soon after we had it, we have had virtually no visitors yet, which is a shame, but everyone [from EastEnders] has been in contact and I have sent pictures.
She’s the best thing that ever happened to us, but it’s tough.

“Now that the doors are open I’m sure people will come and visit us, which will be really cool.”
And discussing how she adjusted to motherhood, Louisa told the Loose Ladies: “I think nothing is preparing you. I have read all the books, I have talked to all the friends and she is. the best thing that has ever happened to us, but it’s tough.
“Ben was amazing. Even during labor I was very lucky to have them there. Obviously there was a time when women had to do it themselves, which is horrible, but since we got him I’ve been feeding so that’s about the one thing he can’t help – everything else he’s been amazing. He’s a very involved dad. “
Louisa and Ben are hoping to get married next year after being forced to postpone their 2020 nuptials due to the pandemic.
The star rose to fame playing the ruthless Ruby Allen in EastEnders, with the last scenes of her character airing last month as she went on maternity leave.
