(NASDAQ: GRWG), (“GrowGen” or the “Company”), the nation’s largest chain of specialty hydroponic and organic garden centers, today announced its acquisition of The Harvest Company, a northern company. Californiahydroponic and innovative grow design supply center with stores in Redding and Trinity County. The Harvest Company serves growers of Northern california Emerald Triangle – the largest cannabis producing region in the country.

Harvest Company’s team of 16 employees will join GrowGen’s team of more than 600 growers in the transaction , while Mr. Masterson will remain in an advisory capacity.
